My recent stay at Quality Inn was very positive. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting me efficiently with check-in and providing local dining recommendations. The room was well-equipped and clean, making it comfortable for my business needs. The breakfast offered a variety of options including hot items, which were a great start to my day. Additionally, the conference facilities were spacious and well-maintained, ideal for my meetings.
Some areas could use a renovation.

missingWrote a review on Dec 16decent breakfastfriendly stafflocal dining optionsoverpriced snacksuncomfortable beds
The breakfast spread was decent with juices and waffles to kick-start your day and I loved the convenience of local eats just a hop away like A&W. Also, the staff friendliness was a breath of fresh air, making me feel right at home during my stay.
The snack machines felt a bit overpriced and the beds weren't the comfiest I've had elsewhere. Still, they weren't total deal breakers! I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Not worth the money
We stayed for 2 nights and honestly, it was pretty rough. The place had a heavy smoke smell, and the bathrooms were very moldy. Also, the pool was nice, but the hot tub was out of service. Plus, we had an AC that was super loud. Breakfast was just ok, nothing fancy here.

missingWrote a review on Dec 04spacious roomhelpful stafflack of breakfastdisruptive guestpoor cleanliness
The spacious double room provided a comfortable environment for the family. The location was a major plus, with plenty of shopping options nearby. Despite these positives, the experience was marred by issues like a lack of proper breakfast options and a troubling encounter with a disruptive homeless individual on the property, which left us feeling uneasy. While the front office staff was helpful, the overall cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing.

The staff greeted me warmly at check-in. The room felt comfortable, and the bedding was soft, which helped me sleep soundly. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The location made it easy to access local attractions. However, some areas of the hotel looked dated and could really use a refresh. Limited breakfast options left me wanting more variety. I also noticed some minor issues, like the key cards malfunctioning a couple of times. Overall, it was a decent stay, but small improvements could elevate the experience significantly.

Honestly, the only good thing was the front desk clerk who was super sweet. She seemed genuinely sorry about the mess we had to deal with.
It wasn't exactly economical for what we got.

It was just a fitting option for a quick trip in Springfield with good value for money. The coffee machine in the lobby had some of the best brew I've had on the road. Make sure to confirm your room details before you arrive.

a mixed bag
So, we stayed for 2 nights and it was kind of a letdown. Our room was way in the back and kinda dark, right next to the busy interstate. The furniture was worn, and the sofa was pretty gross too. On the upside, the bed was comfy and there was free coffee. Breakfast was extra, though.

great proximity to parks and cultural landmarks for a weekend stroll
I stayed here recently and found it super convenient for visiting the Springfield Museum of Art, which was less than 5 kilometers away, and enjoyed a lovely walk to Hartman Rock Garden, just about 2.5 kilometers from the hotel. despite the decent staff service, I did wish the breakfast choices were more varied.
